Our Story
In 2023, Founder Edna Garcia-Dipini decided it was the perfect time to join the small business sector and establish FoxGlove Group LLC. FoxGlove Group LLC is based in Berks County, PA. FoxGlove Group is a full-service Arts and Program Management Firm focused on urban communities. Their areas of specialty are creative programming, public relations, image creation, storytelling, management of publicity events, event planning, and branding. All of these activities ensure the proper management of sensitive environmental concerns by companies that are not typically accelerating growth in urban communities.

Edna Garcia-Dipini of Boriqua descent, native of New York, Public Innovator, Youth Activist & HIP HOP enthusiast. Ednas’ special interest is in entrepreneurship and community building through the Arts.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, now residing in Berks County for 18 years. Vocalist, Graduate of the High School of the Performing Arts Laguardia. During her senior year in high school she landed her first job at Video Music Box WNYE-TV with a 15 year career in the entertainment industry followed by embracing social entrepreneurship at a very young age. A Public Relations officer on the Executive team at Maimonides Medical Center, former staff member for State Representative Dante Santoni. Currently the CEO of FoxGlove Group handling Public Relations, Event Management, Art Curator, Creative Program Specialist Branding and Marketing. Public Relations is an everyday opportunity for Edna, she loves meeting new people.

Edna, a Latina, with a lifelong passion for the arts, Founder and Executive Director of The RIZE Organization and Founder and Director of Programs for Berks Not One More. Edna was destined to be an entrepreneur. RIZE is a youth arts non-profit organization that fosters the arts to promote a healthy lifestyle. RIZE programs are geared toward solutions for social adversity, violence prevention and criminal justice reform initiatives. She is very interactive with the media, and uses those platforms to share her experiences and encourage youth to get involved in the arts.

Edna is the Founder and Director of Programs for Not One More - A Peace & Justice Project in partnership with Penn State Berks. Edna Garcia-Dipini, has shown tremendous commitment to the City of Reading, Berks County through the years. Edna has led the innovation of multiple events and programs in Berks County and Statewide. She has made an impact on her community with the RIZE Program, Live to Read - Leer Para Vivir Campaign , I-Commit Campaign, Berks Salsa Fest, Dance on The Streets, The Solidarity Project and BERKS 4 PEACE.

Edna serves as a steering committee member on the Pennsylvania Latino Convention and Pennsylvania Latina Women Conference and on the Latino advisory board for Penn State Berks. Edna goes above and beyond to give to the community and the City of Reading’s Youth Programs. She uses her leadership qualities to guide the youth on how to be creative and involved with the Arts. Her passion, Drive and Determination is what makes her a great Leader.
